Legal Agreement

Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 10, 2026.
Please read these terms carefully before building or launching projects with our tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the web application, website builder, features, text editor, or services provided by clickto.app, you agree to be bound legally by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined here, you are strictly prohibited from using our services, and must stop your use immediately.

These terms establish a legally binding contractual environment between you (the user) and clickto.app. We provide access to software development toolsets, workspace configurations, and web-hosting solutions on the explicit condition that you comply with these operational guidelines.

2. Description of Service & Workspace Ownership

clickto.app operates an online platform and cloud-based website development framework designed to allow creators to quickly outline, assemble, modify, and deploy web projects. When you set up an account, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to interact with our development environment.

While you retain the rights to the direct code architecture or distinct assets you produce within your user container, clickto.app owns the overall architecture, proprietary UI layers, system databases, logic nodes, and source software that drive the platform. Your projects are kept live entirely at our discretion, subject to your continued obedience to these structural regulations.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (Zero-Tolerance Rules)

The flexibility of a modern website builder means users have massive freedom to build incredible things. However, this power demands absolute accountability. You are solely responsible for all content, design elements, texts, applications, scripts, and code deployed through your clickto.app workspace.

We maintain a strict, absolute zero-tolerance standard for malicious behavior. Your account will be immediately terminated, your projects deleted, and your access banned permanently without a refund if your workspace or deployed websites are found to contain or promote any of the following restricted content types:

Prohibited Activities & Content Categories

  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that threatens, defames, demeans, promotes violence against, or incites hatred toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, disability, or nationality.
  • Harm & Exploitation: Content that triggers or promotes self-harm, cyberbullying, physical violence, human exploitation, or any imagery designed to violate the safe physical space of another human being.
  • Malicious Code & Vulnerabilities: Deploying applications that act as malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, phishing mirrors, or hidden data harvesters designed to damage, mislead, or compromise visitor browsers.
  • Fraudulent Schemes & Scams: Using our tools to build fraudulent checkout pages, deceptive clickbait links, get-rich-quick vectors, illegal pyramid operations, or counterfeit web designs intended to deceive the general public.
Permitted Actions Prohibited Actions Immediate Action Taken
Commercial Portfolios & Blogs Hate Groups & Target Lists Account Deletion & IP Block
Interactive Utilities & Tools Phishing Gateways & Exploits Workspace Eradication
Educational Content & Courses Harassment Campaigns Permanent Service Ban

4. Account Responsibilities and Security

To use clickto.app, you must secure your individual account using your standard access endpoints. You bear absolute responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication details, including passwords, session cookies, and third-party login states. Any activity that triggers under your active session profile is your legal responsibility.

If you suspect a security breach, or realize that your project editor is being accessed by unauthorized third parties, you must immediately change your credentials and inform our administrative support team. We cannot, and will not, be held accountable for losses stemming from poor credentials or account leakage on your side.

5. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Provision

clickto.app is delivered to you on an "as-is" and "as-available" blueprint. Software development, online environments, and network infrastructures are complex ecosystems that can be disrupted by code failures, hardware crashes, network latency, or external software upgrades. We provide no operational guarantees, explicit or implied.

We do not promise that the builder will function uninterrupted, that your compiled sites will never experience downtime, or that your workspace will be perfectly immune to unexpected database complications.

6. Right to Terminate and Inspect Content

To guarantee compliance with our zero-tolerance policies and ensure the integrity of our overall platform, clickto.app retains the absolute right—though not a constant obligation—to monitor and inspect workspaces, project files, and public web projects created on our servers. If we flag materials that undermine human safety, broadcast hate, or execute scams, we will take immediate remediation steps.

We reserve the right to suspend or block any user profile, modify active projects, disable specific subdomain mappings, or freeze premium account access at any moment, with or without prior notification, if we judge your operations to be in clear violation of these Terms of Service.

7. Subscription Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds

Specific zones of the clickto.app platform require financial subscriptions. By choosing a paid service plan, you agree to pay all associated recurring service fees, local transaction taxes, and gateway expenses on their scheduled processing dates. All billing operations are handled through external secure transaction systems.

Failure to satisfy subscription charges will result in the downgrading of your project properties to our base free tier, which may cause automated restrictions to lock down advanced platform assets or turn off specific custom domain systems. Paid fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by our financial administration team.

8. Amendments to the Terms

We continuously expand our code, build engines, and design systems. Consequently, our governing policies must change to match. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or completely rewrite these Terms of Service at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the "Last Updated" timestamp visible at the crown of this document.

If you continue to launch your workspace, change code assets, or keep your websites live after changes to these terms are published, you are automatically consenting to the revised frameworks. We encourage you to review this index periodically to stay aware of your operational boundaries.

9. Contact and Violation Reporting

If you discover a website hosted on clickto.app that clearly violates our anti-hate and anti-harm guidelines, or if you need clarity regarding any part of these legal parameters, please make immediate contact with our compliance desk.

Reports and legal queries can be directed to our active triage team via email at [email protected]. Please provide a direct web address (URL) when reporting malicious project sites so our inspection team can act immediately.
